This is not a book review or a synopsis of the book, Making Yourself Indispensable: The Power of Personal Accountability by Mark Samuel. This book is just to darn good for me to do anything that would encourage you to not read it. Let me make it plain, Go buy this book and read it. Then teach it or discuss it at length with someone else. Then set aside some time to sit quietly and plan how you are going to apply it right now in your life and your business. We can all use this information and thinking in our own lives. If you are a coach you can use this system to help you provide more value to your clients. If you work in HR then this will change the way you approach your next training or planning sessions.
