Doug Gfeller, MCC

Doug Gfeller is the Founder/Owner of The Coaching Perspective, Coach, Author, Speaker, Board Member, and Radio Show Host.

Doug is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has earned their highest designation of Master Certified Coach. The ICF has over 18,000 members of which 8,000 are certified and only 600 are Master Coaches. He has been providing executive coaching services for both individuals and groups since 1994.

As a professional facilitator he purchased and managed the first Renaissance Executive Forums franchise for CEO Peer groups for 18 years. Prior to that he was active in real estate development, first with the Irvine Company and then as President of his own building firm for 17 years. During that time he was responsible for building over 1,000 homes, many of them winning awards for innovation and design.

Doug frequently speaks to groups on coaching topics and is a motivational speaker for business groups. He has taught courses at UCI Irvine and is currently working on his second book, Coaching From The Client’s Perspective, due out this summer. As host of the radio show, The Coaching Perspective, Doug brings together coaches and human resource professionals to discuss best practices and current issues in both fields. Doug’s show is syndicated online and archives are available as podcasts on Apple’s iTunes and The Coaching Perspective web site.

Doug has been a member of the Board of Directors of Storm Industries Inc. since 2004. He is a member of the Compensation Committee and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee. Doug is on the Advisory Board of All Green Electronics Recycling and is a Director of the 501-C Corp “Stella’s Hope”, an all-breed dog rescue located in Orange County.
