We could have also called this show "What Does A Business Coach Do?" Or "Why Would I Hire A Coach". The issues are the same, the executive wants to identify when would I seek out a coach and the coach wants to know what issues would I coach an executive on and how. We are also going to look at the fine line between coaching and consulting when dealing with business executives.
